hi,i have some superfrecso textured vinyl wallpaper to put up in a bedroom,it says to use all purpose adhesive do you think it will be ok to use polycell tub paste which is for textured vinyl and other heavyweight papers,thank you

Yes, it should be fine.
Just check whether the paste is meant for pasting the wall with, or the paper.
The check whether the recommended method of hanging the paper to ensure they're compatible.
I would opt for solvite extra strong all purpose and mix as required. or if ready mixed i would use solvite super high performance.
The polycell you mention will probably be fine though just read the instructions an the back of the tub!
