We Have Recently Moved into a new house With no Central Heating and Have noticed that the hot water in the BathRoom upstairs is begining to get colder and colder on both the bath and sink taps the taps in the kitchen seem to be fine, we have a boiler in the kitchen Which is called a main medway boiler, any help with this will be Much appreciated

Try turning the tap down a bit. A slower flow of water through your multipoint water heater should allow the heat chance to get to it as it passes through.
