Hi there, i've got a baxi 80 eco. The problem is the hot water pressure is pants. The thermostat is turned up to max but i have to reduce the inlet to the boiler for it to warm up and that then results in a poor flow but it seems the only way to make tit hot enough, any ideas thanks.

If all is working correctly your boiler will supply 9.8 litres a minute at a 35C temperature rise. This is the first thing to check. Also has this problem just started or has it been an ongoing thing?

Also check the size of the gas pipe going to the boiler it should be at least 22mm most of the way.

Hi mate will check that out and see the flow rate. Just moved in so presume it's been like this a while. Thanks i'll run the bath now and wait 2 hours to fill.
