Quick update that may help others. I went for Vado in the end but wish I hadn't.
The basin was incredibly easy to fit, with no messing trying to align the overflow. But the mechanism is plastic, with a fair amount of play, so the overall feel is somewhat cheap as the "mushroom" plug wobbles. It's also huge & covers the entire waste. Having a shallow fall, water sits on it so unless it's fully dried each time, a hard water line rapidly forms around the edge.
The ease of installation of the basin fooled me into thinking the same would apply with the bath. It was actually a complete PITA. All three rigid plastic pipes that make up the overflow had to be cut to size. Requiring multiple fitting, marking, disassembly, cutting, repeat. Then found the seal that sits in the bath was way too thick, leaving a big gap. So had to re-use the original. The cover for the overflow is held by an allen screw on the underside, so out of sight & difficult to secure with the supplied (poorly fitting) key. Has the same plastic mechanism as the basin waste with the same cheap feel. It's far too easy to activate accidentally while in the bath.
On the plus side, they both seal well with no leakage. How well they hold up remains to be seen.
