porcelain floor tiles on the walls

Hi all

I am hanging some porcelain floor tiles on the walls (strong concrete walls). Would standard wall tile adhesive be adequate?

Premixed wall tile adhesive is not that suitable for large format tiles, I assume your tiles are at least 300x300. You will be better of with a powdered adhesive just the same as floor tile adhesive, make sure it is suitable for porcelain not just ceramic tiles.
