Post deleted in Tools and Materials

A thread has been deleted from Tools and Materials, called "Best online site for buying tools".

I reported a post at the end of the thread for being advertising SPAM, but the rest of the thread was good, and had some useful info. in it.

Please can the thread be returned?!
