potterton boiler

Just moved into a flat, the boiler is a potterton prima f, there are no instructions on how to operate it. There is power to the boiler and can hear the water being pumped around, the central heating pump is working, the control is powered up, but am getting no hot water or heating. There is no visable pilot light on the boiler and can see no means of lighting it. can someone advise me? thank you

Look underneath it may have over heated. There is a hole that if you look up will have a red bit. Try pushing it. If it has overheated you'll need to find out why.

Lots of boiler manuals are free online. Google potterton and do a search.
