Potterton combi - are valves in right position?

Hi all, I was hoping you could help. Yesterday I had to repressure my Potterton combi boiler but fiddled with some of the valves until I found the right one. Now my downstairs underfloor heating isn’t working, but the heating upstairs is working fine. Could you tell me if all the valves are in the right position please?
