Potterton Lynx 2 Combi - No Ignition

Boiler not igniting. No CH or HW.

Turning on the HW brings the 'Water Heating' and 'Demand' lights on, but it never moves to the 'Ingition' light stage.

This only started today, but it has happened before and we called out a guy from British Gas. It was such a simple job that he didn't charge us anything for it. We just can't remember what he did. It was only in September, which makes it more frustrating.
 
If the guy from BG was so good then you should call him back again!

It's kept low, like just over 1 if I remember rightly (I'm not at home at the moment).

The BG guy told us to keep it low or expect more problems. Is this right?

Agile: we will call him back today, this was an emergency last night really, but if it can still be fixed easily that would help.
