Potterton performa 30he

Hi, im looking a bit of info if i can, i have a potterton performa 30he, and the faulty fan/flue light has started flashing, and locking out.

The fan itself spins freely, no noise or tightness, when it does it, if i reset it, the boiler comes on fir about 30 seconds then locks out again, if i switch the boiler off, and wait about half hour, it will come on for about 5mins, and can see the vapour out the flue showing the fan is working at that time, before locking out again.

I have read there are 3 things that are connected with this, fan, aps, pcb how do i best test this without just replacing parts willy nilly.

I know i can replace the pcb myself, the other 2 i need gas safe engineer. But want to get the right part first time.

So get a decent Baxi repair engineer or call for Baxi fixed price repair

for that fault you will more than likely be needing a gas safe engineer
