It seems at the moment when a bath has been run or the heating has been off all day,the heating and water turns on as normal but only untill it reaches its temp,then it cuts off and wont come back on untill its cooled down or hot water is run off.Both heating and water do not work then.If it comes back on it might be for 10 minutes only,and heating does not come on.The circuit board was replaced a year ago when it shut down altogether,and i replaced the pump a month ago because of noise.Any ideas?

Could be a diverter valve fault. When in demand for ch and dhw the valve manages to open to mid position but when dhw is satisfied it struggles to move fully across to ch only so it just sits there doing nothing. If some hot water is run off and the cylinder stat starts to call it returns to the mid postion and carries on working.
