Well if its correct new APS and fitted on correct orientation and tubes are connected properly with no splits and no blockages all the way into fan , check thoroughly as even slightest bit of dirt or slit will stop them working..
And Fan running all the time and not short bursts then it would suggest fan not running fast enough to activate switch
A can of air is the best way to make sure venturi and tubes are completley clear,as they are very finley set so if the right amount of pressure isnt there it wont fire
It can still be blocked within the fan. had it where there was a bit of insulation that acted as a valve could blow one way but when fan blew other way it closed hole off. never assume always check.
