my heating works fine on its own,my hot water works fine on its own,but if i turn ln the hot tap whilst the heating is running ,the boiler overheats and locks out when the hot tap is turned off
p.s. the pump also stops dead and needs manual help (boack plastic spindle cover)

i have the same problem, found a website that says its the microswitch on the flow sensor. Look at the flow switch (flat brass fitting with a small chrome pipe on the top). Run the tap, and see a little plunger move out and push a microswitch. Turn the tap off and see if it has returned to its original postion.apparently a replacement part is about £30. good luck.

appreciate your reply , checked the microswitch out but seems ok I suspect pump failure or maybe transformer,I will keep you informed.

p.s. what website were you referring to?
