Can you please help:- I'm getting hot water(HW) but I don't seem to get any central heating(All the radiators are cold). The boiler fires up okay when HW is selected but when selecting CH, the red light LED stays ON on the boiler panel, with green OFF.

That kind of problem is usually associated with a motorised valve.
I suggest you have a look to see what valve or valves you have.
