Power factor LED lamps!

Swapped an LED E27 with daughter as it was too big for her light read info on back of packet 0.5 power factor. That seems rather low, 0.9 OK but 0.5? 10W and 860 lumens so at 86 lumen per watt first glance seemed one of the better lamps. Says made by ECO lights UK but further reading it says Daewoo. Seems came from home base.
