Hi everyone.

I've been reading this forum for a long time but never needed to post a new topic before.

I moved to a new house a year or so ago. The Triton power shower used to work but sometimes it would seem the pump wouldn't kick in. Now the problem is permanent.

Here is a video of the problem https://vine.co/v/hI0HO9OiZZD

You can hear the pump running, or trying to start? What could the problem be? Maybe an airlock?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Take the shower head off the hose and lay the hose in the bath and turn it on, what happens?

HI Andy thanks for your answer.

I tried your suggestion but the same thing happens.

Try it again but with only hot water and leave for 1 minute, then turn it on to cold for 1 minute.

Hi Andy,

Thanks again for your response but still no joy after that trail

Remove the front cover and run shower make sure the front cover is still plugged into the pcb.

Check if the motor is rotating quite common for them to jam when they get worn.
If not rotating try spinning it with a screwdriver.
