Hi guys, I've got another issue hopefully you can help as usual.

I have a triton thermostatic power shower which does nothing when I press the on off switch, no noise or anything. I turned it off at the fuse and took the front case off, first thing I noticed was that the top screw had been sheeted off and when I pulled it off from the bottom a small amount of water poured out (from inside the casing).

I can't see any obvious signs of damage other than the water getting in, any suggestions on next steps?

Thanks guys, apoligise if this should have been put in plumbing

And the model of it ?

Could be one of many faults.

Has it got power to the shower from the fcu ?
Has the on/off switch got power to it ?

Useally if you have power to the shower and power to on/off button and the solenoid hasn't opened and the pumps not running either it can point to a pcb fault.

Wheres the water coming from ?

I think the water came in through the sheared off screw on the top, it's a shower that came with the flat I bought

Can anyone suggest a shower replacement with the sake back plate?

As i said before need to know what model.

Or give us a pic.

AS2000XT is the best in triton range.
