Hi

Having problems with a Triton Rapide 2 shower.

When you turn the power switch on at the shower unit it just makes a 'buzzing' noise and no water comes out. The shower has not worked since moving into the house.

I have checked the electrical supply and there is power to the shower unit and no obvious faults visable inside when I took the case off, any ideas for what to do and what could the faulty part and problem be please?

Many thanks

sounds like you have faulty relay that activates the solenoid valve to let water in.

Thanks for your reply

What does this part look like please? Do you have a link to a picture/diagram if possible?

Cheers

Have at a look at the Triton website

If you can't diagnose it with a meter, you'd best call their technical line.
