Triton t80si shower failure

Hi, I have a problem with my Triton T80si electric shower - my son was showering when the water stopped coming through, just before it stopped he said he heard a "sizzling noise". There is still power going to the unit but no water!! Any help would be gratefully accepted.

solenoid valves failed.

is the power light still on and no water flow ?

Yes - power light on and no water flow, is it straightforward to replace the solenoid valves????

10 min job.

but check it first with a multi meter.

with power off do a resistance test across the two terminals you want a reading of 3.4 kohms.

you'll probably have an open circuit.
