Powermax 140 failed

Hi folks,
Well on the coldest day of the year, my powermax 140 has packed up!
Ive got no Mains light, or any other lights for that matter!

The flue extraction fan is running, so theres power up to the boiler, but i measured just 24v AC going to the pumps.

Any ideas?
