Powermax 155 Sounds like an electric drill

Hi

ever time we turn on the hot tap we now get a sound like someone drilling into a brick wall . Would i be right in thinking this could be the pump?

Regardless of what you think, I would not expect it to be the pump.

If you have the noise and turn off the power to the boiler does it stop?

possibly a blending valve. only does it on hot water?
