Preparing Skirting Boards

Hi.

My skirting boards are quite rough on my staircase. I want to sand them down before painting them.

Can anyone recommend a good electric sander for this job?

most will do this job.

I'd suggest a triangular palm sander type one, I find it much better, gets in the corners & grooves etc better & useful for all sorts of jobs.

I think it's Lidl that do one for £12 with papers.
Ad packs of papers there are only 1.99
