Pressure Drop Dripping Out Pipe Cold Rad On Top Floor

Over the last week My boiler has been dropping pressure and I have been topping the pressure back up it lasts a couple of days then I have to repeat the process.
I went around the back of the house and discovered that the Overflow PIPE???? was dripping water is this the problem?.
Also I can NOT get my rad on the top floor to come on unless I have the heating on max for about 6 hours Can you help I have give up,fed up,and sick of Boilers,Rads and our lass..

Check the expansion vessel. I expect it is 'bladdered'!!

Press the valve on top, if water comes out that's your problem.
