new boiler fitted to old system in Sept 06.pressure dropping when central heating on.have found leak in pipe[under floor but causing floorboards,lino ect. to become warm and wet when heating on.] How much water loss from system would cause pressure to drop 2 bars in24 hours?

Depends on size of system.
As you appear to have found leak the repair it and test again. perhaps after repair get all pipe work and rads air pressure tested before filling again to save wasting inhibitor if another leak is then evident
