Pressure vessel replacement worth uprating?

If they are all standard type radiators (not "school" or "hospital" cast iron types) almost certainly not necessary. Vessel needs to be able to hold 4% of system volume. Say 5% for luck, 18litres caters for (18 / .05) = 360 litres. That's a lot of radiators and pipe work.
