Problem-alpha 240p-when hot water in use radiators get warm

Hi

I've got problem with alpha 240p combiboiler, When I use hot water (taps) the radiators get warm. (central heating switched off). I am thinking that might be diverted valve but not sure about it.
Please help me.
 
Yes DV. Extremely common on these. Expensive to fix if you get someone in.
