Problem with a Ferroli Modena combi

Hi,
My Ferroli Modena has been playing up - can anyone help?
When the CH or HW switches on for the first time, on the timer or manually, the pilot light lights and the burners come on, but then after about 1 - 5 seconds switch off.
This is an intermittent problem - after a while it seems to get 'warmed up' and then works fine (rads hot, HW ok).
None of the LEDs are indicating any faults, the CH water pressure is ok.
I've been through the fault finding steps in the installation guide - the temperature sensors seem ok, the fan comes on, the air pressure switch is fine, the gas pressure switch is fine (I think).

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Richard.
