Problem with Baumatic oven B484 (or previous model)

Hi,

Last night, whilst cooking a gammon, our cooker exploded (possible exaggeration) on us. There was a loud buzz, a clunk, a puff of smoke and off it all went. On resetting the trip switch, it came back on but the safety lock refused to release. We turned it off, left it to cool and then tried again this morning. Unfortunately the door remains locked shut with Gammon inside.

Not too worried about gammon as probably past its best. However, does anyone know how to release the safety lock or is this one for Baumatic?

Thanks for that, though I've tried and they're willing to send someone out for a £68 callout. I was hoping, if possible, to avoid that.
