My mum was trying to move her fridge and managed to pull the mains wires out at the back. A friend of her's reconnected the wires but now two things are happening:
The light inside the fridge doesn't come on (she's tried changing the bulb).
The food in the fridge keeps freezing and the freezer is way colder than it should be (-40) and the whole unit is consuming twice the power it should.
Hopefully these clues will trigger something with the experts.
