I have just realised that the washing machine has just stopped working, this happened after a relative put some clothes in the machine, but at this point in time, I don’t know what they done to it, what is happening is that as soon as the machine is programmed to start, one can hear the motor, but the inner metal basin inside the washing machine is not spinning.
I reckon this might be the belt etc, but can anyone clarify this or tell me what the problem could be. I am trying to get the model number as I am not at home, but it’s a Zanussi and its about 4 years old.
