Hello - I having problems with the CH and DHW on my Protherm combi boiler and looking for help

Problem - CH keeps cutting out when boiler hits 45 - when temperature drops to about 26 the boiler comes back on then cuts out again when boiler hits 44/45 again - pump keeps running. Pump and heat exchanger clean and working.

DHW is ok' ish - but has started going hot / cold / hot / cold etc.. When running showers and baths.

Now and again I get F0 error message on the display. The manual says this mean the following

Flow rate sensor failure - not sure where this is on the boiler - and if I can easily check it.
Loss of system water - pressure on dial is between 1.5 and 1.7. Out of curiosity I tried to see if it would go higher - but it won't
Air lock in boiler - I have bled via the bump
Pump failure - I know it's not them pump as I checked it out and I know its running.

Sometimes (not often) I get a F1 error message which indicates Overheating or No flame detected. It is fixed by pressing the Reset button on the front of the boiler

From looking at other postings I see there is a possibility it could be the diverter valve. This was replaced two years ago by a corgi. What I was wondering - given the expense - is this something I can check myself. It looks as if it wouldn't be two difficult but I don't know what the two thin silver pipes (held in place by clips) are coming out of the back. Can anyone advise. Also can I do all this without touching anything got to do with gas.

Any advice appreciated

diverter valve and pump are both suspect here as is the membrane/diaphram on the pump flow switch. Call the maker on
01773 828100 for a fixed price repair would be your best bet methinks.
