Just had a new Ideal Logic 35+ combi boiler fitted. Since then we have had to replace the shower as the water kept going cold. Now the new shower which has been in less than 2 months has started to do the same. At first it was great but now you have to keep increasing the temperature but its still barely luke warm. Any ideas.

Was your system cleaned thoroughly before the boiler was installed? How old is the rest of the system?

What's your incoming water mains like is it clean or not, perhaps it's knackering the showers. Did both showers have inlet filters??

Argyll eh! I went out with a chick from Dunoon, she was very dirty, know what I'm saying!!!..............

As far as I know yes it was cleaned. We also had magna clean installed when the new boiler went in. The rest of the system is about 20years old. I just find it strange that both showers have failed with the exact same problem.

It fits like a glove, give my regards to the rest of the staff in the Oxfam shop. I like the new blue rinse by the way, it takes year off you!!
