Tests - Continuity of CPC and Insulation Resistance

How would you be testing IR? Any precautions?
Would you be disconnecting fluoros from circuit?

What about removing lamps & control gear before doing insulation res test + switches in on position.

Then how about polarity to check switces on the phase.
