programing window 7 updated to 10

hi guys,

im looking to learn programming but im unsure of which programs would be needed to write pascel or latest versions and php for apps, where can i download free software to ensure my pc is compatible etc
any advise welcome

PHP is a good place to start with. Your best starting point will be youtube which can show show great hands-on tutorial.
