Proline hob

Hi all, am after a little help.
Am installing a proline TCE50IX hob. The wiring diagram is VERY confusing.
I have the normal E/L/N wires coming in ( 30/35 Amp ? ) but inside the hob is a multi block connector, consisting of blues and blacks. The earth is separate. All the blues are bridged as are the blacks. Can someone point me in the right direction. Iam no idiot, I just want to get it correct.
