protherm 100 ec with stuck diverter valve.
new valve was delivered without seals and o-rings. supplier has no idea about sizes or other details. unfortunately, neither do the glowworm numpties, who told me the square bits of rubber that were once o-rings, are now obsolete, of unknown size and can not be ordered anywhere.
does anyone know either the size of the 2 o-rings that seal the connection to the plate exchanger, or the order number, or anyone that sells them?
was a bit miffed paying £105, only to be told:" just try to make something up for it, we don't know."
