Pulsacoil A class no hot water

Hi I have a pulsacoil A class fitted in my flat. The unit must be about 1 year old and has provided excellent hot water since I moved in without any problems.

Last week I woke up and the shower was cold when I checked the boiler itself no lights were flashing but the unit wasnt making any noise (normally its buzzing)

The green switch is on and the emersion lights were on as well. any ideas?

check to see if you have voltage across the live and neutral if so and no flashing lights. useally the pcb is faulty.

Thanks I'm not sure how to do that myself but I can get someone else to do it. I think this may be the case as pushing the off peak boost button does nothing either?
