PUMA 80e LOCKING OUT PROBLEM

I have a puma 80e combi that keeps locking out. if i reset it, it fires up and two minutes later locks out again making painful noises.

When reset it is fine all the time a tap is running, but when no hot water is needed it locks out almost strait away.

any ideas???
