Hi, I hope someone can shed some light on my problem: A mate who is a plumber fitted a pump to supply extra power to the shower in the en suite.
I can hear it start up when I run the bath in the other room, is this right?
Also it doesn@t seem to boost the power to the intended shower.
I\\\'ve been told the tank in the loft might need lifting. I this right??

Any suggestions would be a great help..

check the pipe work, it should be very simple.

the hot pipe should come off the hotwater cylinder and go to the pump, without giving branches to any other draw off's (taps etc).

The cold water should come off the cold water cistern in the atic, again ideally supplying just the pump, not any other draw off.

Cheers brummy I'll try that.

Breezer... not a mate no more!!!
