HI THIS IS MY FIRST POST SO I HOPE IM IN THE RIGHT PLACE.
MY BOILER FIRES UP FINE BUT THERE IS NO HEAT IN THE RADS OR HOT WATER.DOES THIS MEAN THAT THE PUMP IS BROKEN OR COULD IT BE SOMETHING ELSE?THE BOILER IS QUITE OLD IT IS A CAMRAY 3.
IS THE PUMP SEPERATE FROM THE BOILER.IF IT IS THE PUMP WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET A NEW ONE AND IS IT STRAIGHT FORWARD TO REPLACE IT?

I HOPE SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON THIS

CHEERS, MARK

hi mark, my first reply too,
yes it could be the pump, you can buy them anyplumbers merchants or b+q, wickes. screwfix, toolstation, if its an old pump it will need pipework adjustment, and the valves will prolly be siezed anyway, so if you're not sure, its best to call a plumber, expect to pay around £150.

Camray Oil -(heat only) boiler :?: get a grundfos pump  . The present one should be somewhere outside of the boiler case . Give it a few taps with a hammer  might just be stuck. shouldn`t be abnormally long ---Matron  (really old ones were longer)
