pumped shower question

Hi All

I would be grateful for some advice on the following -

I have replaced my pumped shower today with a triton pumped thermostatic unit fed from the hot and cold water tanks. Everthing went well until I tried to commission it - the pump is running but there is no water flow/very very little. I have cleaned the filter (which was fine) and the water is flowing up to this point.

Any ideas would be gratefully received.

have you got service valves before the pump? are they fully open?

have u bled the showr , some tritons need o be bled before using.
