HI ALL. last ditch attempt to get my UFH working in some rooms, some are fine. I want to purge the system of air which im fine to attempt. my problem is that I can close both ends of the individual loops . I have the balancing valves at one end of each loop where I can screw them down to stop the flow, but the other end has flow gauges that cant be closed as far as I can see.
my question is how can I purge when I cant close down each loop?

well I can close one end of the loop as it were , but wont it continue draining into the manifold etc?

The manifold should be above the pipes, so no draining should take place. You just need to close off all except one loop, connect hoses to the commissioning cocks and run water through until it's free of air
