Hi,

I am reconfiguring my bathroom and looking to run new flexible (coil) piping and pushfit connections).

I will be working from the existing hot and cold water supply 15mm copper x 2. I will need to feed 4 points (in addition to hot and cold bath taps as I am leaving these as is);

Outside Tap
Toilet infill
Cold sink
Hot sink

My cold will need a connection to the copper 15mm pipe and then immediately split in to two. One to feed the outside tap and one to carry on around to the toilet and sink (where I assume I will need another splitter) to feed toilet and cold sink separately.

The hot will just connect to the 15mm copper pipe and carry on around to the hot sink.

So my questions are, how many and what connections do I require? I'm assuming 2 x copper pipe connectors, 2 x splitters. I'm then stuck on what connectors to use to connect to toilet, outside sink and 2 x sink taps? I'm assuming flexible hoses can be attached to the speedfit pipe? Is there a separate connection to feed the toilet?

Thanks,

J

if you can do the split right where it joins the copper for the outside tap then you need:

2 equal T's
2 90 bends
3 basin connectors if the toilet is a standard fitting
1 through straight connector
inserts for each pipe end and joint done in plastic

maybe a few more elbows to get through wall of whatever to outside tap

all 15mm all speedfit or whatever brand you use

I would also put shutoff valves on each feed so you can turn off the individual supplies it you need to do any maintenance
examples of each below

Thank you so much - super helpful.

Do the shut off valves connect directly to connectors or do they have to sit on the pipe? So shut off, pipe, connector etc?
