PVC Astragal(s?) window bars

Hi,
I have upvc windows throughout my 12 year old house. However the astragal bars that divide the windows up keep coming unstuck and falling off! A) Could anyone suggest the best way of sticking them back on & B) I`ve lost one or two therefore can these be sourced from anywhere to replace (would not know who installed originally)
