PVC Door hinge

Hi forum,

The top hinge on my back door has cracked so the back door is hanging and ctaching on the frame, so it needs replacing, unfortunately they were originally from coldseal windows I believe, so cannot get them in to fix the problem.

I really don't want to replace the whole door, can anyone suggest where I might be able to start looking for someone to fix it or for a spare hinge I might be able to fix myself?
I'm in Sheffield.

Try here, they supply spares for Coldseal windows amongst others. Most seem to use the same components anyway.
