Asking here because the roofing subforum always seems to be quite slow.
In terms of flat roofs I understand a cold deck is when the insulation is below the deck and warm deck when above.
Also that a cold deck needs ventilation and a warm deck doesn't.
What kind of roof is it if you have insulation both above and below the deck?
