quick questions!

If I'm installing a 1 way switch as I understand it the live wire should enter at L1, and then the switched live in at C? My switch just has L1, L2 and L3 (L1 at top and L2/L3 at bottom) - how would I wire this one? Happy with earthing etc but little confused?

Secondly, am installing a dimmer switch - Live goes into Live and what goes into Load? Reading up it appears to be neutral but I'd like to be sure!
