It doesn't seem to make any difference in Israel. If you're Israeli you can kill Palestinians with impunity whether you're wearing a uniform or not.

Whereas Palestinians suspected of killing Israelis will now AUTOMATICALLY be subjected to execution.
I don't suppose it will change reality much, because that is what happens already. It's just the process of the Israeli court legalising the killing that's different. But if the killing takes place on the street, there's still no investigation, no report, no justice.

I wonder if the "Act" will apply retrospectively? I'm guessing it will, and all those Palestinians now held in indefinite detention will be executed, summarily.

This is Apartheid on steroids.
