rad wont heat up

hi...ive just noticed that one rad out of 10 in my house doesnt heat up.....was fine last time i checked but is just warm now....bled all radiators...no air was present...all others piping hot except this one...pipe inlet just before the trv is hot...but rad is not, cud it be the trv..?, ?...ta

yes very common for the valve to stick.
what i do is unscrew the head of the valve and tap the pin fast with a small pin hammer or spanner and you will see the pin pop up.
worth a try
