my boiler has just stopped working last night with no signs before,c/ heating working fine,but hot water not working,seems to flow but indicator led not on,have seen an old post about this fault but no fix suggested in the end,looking at other ideas the flow switch is a possible mine has a part number 96007la,not sure how to test? any help would be great thanks Tim

I have exactly the same problem. Central Heating fine but no hot water.

yes i sorted it? it was the flow switch in the boiler,it has a twin thin wire from the swich to front control panel i replaced this unit when i took it out of boiler the switch was broken allowing metal plunger inside to go past the electro mag and not show the water flow i bought mine off ebay about £40 20mins to change,the one i bought was a differant number but was the replacement part,good luck Tim
